Before the closure of the year 2022, YOCEL signed a six-month partnership agreement with UNIDO to roll out a series of community engagement activities aimed at creating awareness and increasing community engagement around the Technical Vocational Education and Training program in BDOTC- S.K.D Sports Complex Community, William V.S. Tubman High School- 12th Street Community and MVTC- Jacobs Town New Hope Community, through the Youth Rising Project currently being funded by the Government of Liberia, European Union, and the Swedish Embassy.
In the coming weeks, we will launch a social media campaign targeting young people, particularly young women to boost their interest in TVET-related programs, considering the improvement being made already at major TVET institutions.
